This policy explains what NoizeOff handles when you run a profit analysis, attach business figures, create an account or pay for a product.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including a business description, website, email address, account details and any messages you send us.
If you attach a P&L, CSV or text file, NoizeOff reads it to extract the figures needed for the requested analysis. The uploaded file itself is not stored. A run made from a financial document is kept unlisted and is not added to the public example gallery.
We also receive ordinary technical data needed to operate and secure the service, such as request time, browser information, approximate location derived from network data and interactions with pages and buttons.
How we use it
We use the information to generate and deliver the analysis you request, maintain your account and subscription, process payments, send product emails you asked for, prevent abuse, measure whether the product works and improve it.
Business descriptions and generated results may be stored so your share link and account history continue to work. Ordinary user runs are not search-indexed or shown in the curated examples unless NoizeOff deliberately reviews and marks an example for publication.
Service providers
Text you submit, or figures extracted from an uploaded file, may be sent to an AI model provider to generate your result. Hosting, database, email, analytics and payment providers process the minimum data needed for their part of the service.
Payments are handled by Stripe. NoizeOff does not receive or store your full card number. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers as described above, when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer where the recipient must continue to protect it.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, fulfil a purchase, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Retention varies by record type. You may ask us to delete information associated with you; some billing or legal records may need to be retained.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing or recurring product email using the link in the message. You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you by emailing hello@noizeoff.com.
Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to a data protection authority.
